Processing complies with Togolese Law No. 2019-014 of October 29, 2019 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors located in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

The quote form collects:

• your identity and contact details: first name, last name, email and, if you provide them, phone number and company;
• your project: country, services wanted, whether you have a logo or brand guidelines, link, budget, timeline, how you found the website, and your message.

Why this data

It is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and discuss the project with you. It is processed at your request, with a view to a possible contract. An acknowledgment summarizing your request is sent to you by email.

Technical data: your IP address is used briefly by the server to limit abusive form submissions (5 submissions per 10 minutes); the website does not store it. The host keeps technical logs (IP address, requested pages) for security and to run the service.

Display preference: if you choose the light or dark theme, this choice is kept in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

What this website does not do

• no advertising cookies or trackers, so no cookie banner is needed;
• no audience measurement (no Google Analytics or similar);
• no embedded social media content; fonts are hosted on the website, with no request to Google;
• your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Recipients

Only Samuel Amegnaglo reads your requests. They pass through two technical providers:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and form processing;
• Brevo SAS (106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France): sending the request email and the acknowledgment.

Transfers outside Togo

Hosting (United States) and email delivery (European Union) involve transferring your data outside Togo. These providers are contractually bound to protect it and to use it only to provide their service.

If you write via WhatsApp or LinkedIn, your conversations are also subject to those services' rules.

Retention

• quote request with no follow-up: 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted;
• request that leads to a project: for the duration of the working relationship, then for the period required by accounting and tax obligations for quotes and invoices;
• email delivery logs: kept by Brevo for a limited period, under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Visitors in the European Union also have the right to restriction and to data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to samuelamegna@gmail.com: you will receive an answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the Togolese data protection authority (Instance de protection des données à caractère personnel, IPDCP), or the authority of your country in the European Union.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only, with strict security headers. The form filters automated submissions and limits the size of each field.

Changes

This policy may change, for example if the website adds a service. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
