TBS Distribution
The website of an event equipment rental company in Lomé: four trades, a gallery of past events and a quote request within thumb's reach.
My role
UX/UI mockup, front-end build and launch
Context
TBS Distribution, in Agôè-Démakpoè (Lomé), rents furniture, tableware, décor, sound and lighting for receptions from 20 to 2,000 guests. The company has four branches — Equipment, Events, Studies & Consulting, Agro — and eight areas of activity.
Problem
A client planning a wedding wants to see past events, understand what the company can supply and get a price quickly, usually from their phone and through WhatsApp rather than email. The site had to show a lot (four trades, hundreds of items) without overwhelming visitors, and lead every page to a quote request.
Users
Event organizer
See past events close to their own (wedding, ceremony, corporate) and request a quote right away.
TBS team
Receive complete requests and track them from a dedicated space, without losing a lead.
Process
- 01
Mockup
Six pages designed and approved with TBS in the Sand & Gold palette, before the build.
- 02
Gallery
Past events filterable by collection — weddings, ceremonies, corporate, décor, supplies — with the filter kept in the URL so a link can be shared.
- 03
Quote
A guided form, errors under each field, an acknowledgement email; on mobile, a Call / WhatsApp / Quote bar always in view.
- 04
Two palettes
Sand & Gold by default, Blue & Red taken from the logo: visitors switch between them, with AA contrast in both.
Design screens
Web

Home
The headline and the two actions — explore services, request a quote — above the fold.

Services
The four branches as tabs, then everything TBS supplies, area by area.

Gallery
A board cycling through the collections; clicking its card filters the gallery.

Quote request
Visitors first pick the branch, then describe their event.
Mobile

Home
The Call / WhatsApp / Quote bar stays at the bottom of the screen on every page.

Menu
A full-screen drawer, the quote button and the palette switch.

Services
Branches scroll sideways under the thumb, without leaving the page.

Gallery
The same collections board, reframed for the phone.

Quote request
The four branches as large, easy-to-tap tiles.

FAQ
A search through the questions and filters by branch.
Where the project stands
Live on tbstogo.com since October 2026: 68 pages in French and English, 100/100 for accessibility on Lighthouse. Next step: replacing the mockup photos with pictures of TBS's own events.
