3CK Fair — Kara
Context
The 3CK Fair — Carrefour Commercial et Culturel de Kara (Kara Trade and Culture Crossroads) — has been the major end-of-year trade and cultural event of the Kozah prefecture since 2009. Its 18th edition runs from 16 December 2026 to 2 January 2027 at the new Kara market: exhibitions and sales, B2B meetings, workshops and talks, traditional-meets-modern fashion shows, food, concerts and cultural events.
Problem
The fair speaks to two audiences at once: partners and sponsors, who need to be convinced to come on board (Premium, Diamond and Silver packages, VIP stands), and the artisans, traders, entrepreneurs and visitors who need to be drawn in. It called for a festive look rooted in local culture, able to carry a lot of information — programme, dates, venue, prices, contacts — while staying easy to read.
Process
- 01
Visual world
A "Foire 3CK" logo topped with a circus tent, a terracotta and cream palette, African patterns in the background and the tagline "Where trade meets culture".
- 02
Presentation kit
An A4 brochure for partners: cover, invitation letter, activities, visibility offered, partnership packages and VIP stand prices, with partner and sponsor logos.
- 03
Poster & social media
A poster and a square visual announcing the fair to exhibitors and the public: programme, dates, venue and booking number.
- 04
Mockups
Mockups of the brochure and poster to present the materials before printing.
Work in progress: steps described from the materials produced so far.
Solution
A campaign identity rolled out across every piece: the logo and its tent, the terracotta and cream palette, African patterns and a date block repeated throughout. Every piece follows the same hierarchy — fair name, edition, dates, venue, contact — so it reads at a glance.
Work
7 visuals
Result
Delivered so far: the partner presentation kit (cover and inside pages), the poster, the social media visual and their mockups. The project continues until the fair opens.
